Q: What areas do you perform work in?
A: Cobra Electric (South Coast) works throughout the BC Lower Mainland.

 

Q: Where is your office located? Do you have more than one?
A: Our head office is located in the Port Kells area of Surrey.

 

Q: Do you do residential or commercial work?
A: Cobra Electric (South Coast) does not do residential or commercial work. Our primary focus is on Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure traffic signals, roadway lighting and other electrical equipment.

 

Q: Do you do parking lot lighting?
A: Yes, we can take care of parking lot lighting maintenance needs. Please contact us thru our website or call our office.

 

Q: What are your payment terms for new customers?
A: We require payment in advance before any work commences with any new customer. Once a history of good payment terms is established an account may be set up.

 

Q: What are your office hours?
A: Our office is open from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (except holidays).

 

Q: Do you respond to after hour's calls?
A: Yes, we can respond to calls that are outside of normal business hours. Please contact 604-450-0049 for our after hours pager. Minimum overtime rates apply.
