Q: What areas do you perform work in?
A: Cobra Electric works throughout the Province of British Columbia.

 

Q: Where is your office located? Do you have more than one?
A: Our head office is located in Surrey. We have satellite locations for storage of materials needed throughout the Lower Mainland.

 

Q: Do you do residential or commercial work?
A: Cobra Electric does not do residential or commercial work. Our main focus is on Municipal Traffic Signals and Street Lighting systems.

 

Q: Do you do parking lot lighting?
A: Yes, we can take care of parking lot lighting maintenance needs. Please contact us thru our website or call our office.

 

Q: What are your payment terms for new customers?
A: Cobra Electric requires payment upfront before any work commences with any new customer. Once a history of good payment terms is established an account may be set up. Discretion is solely Cobra Electrics.

 

Q: What are your office hours?
A: Our office is open from 07:30 to 16:30, Monday thru Friday (except holidays).

 

Q: Do you respond to after hour's calls?
A: Yes, we can respond to calls that are outside of normal business hours. Please contact 604-450-3670 for our after hours pager. Minimum overtime rates apply.
